Itinerary
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a Beyond Journey representative who will assist you with immigration and airport formalities.
You will then be transferred to your hotel in a modern, air-conditioned coach. Our representative will assist you with a smooth check-in. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax and unwind. Overnight stay at Cairo.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day guided sightseeing tour of Cairo.
Begin with a visit to the magnificent Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Explore the legendary pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus, and marvel at the incredible architectural achievements of ancient Egypt.
Continue to the iconic Great Sphinx of Giza, a remarkable monument carved from limestone, featuring the head of a Pharaoh and the body of a lion. You may also enjoy a brief visit to a Papyrus Institute or traditional perfume shop.
After sightseeing, enjoy lunch at an Indian, Oriental, or Chinese restaurant before proceeding to the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Step into the fascinating world of ancient Egypt as you explore the museum's impressive galleries. Admire magnificent statues, royal treasures, ancient monuments, and other priceless artifacts. Walk through the Grand Staircase and explore the exhibitions arranged both chronologically and thematically.
Visit the major galleries, including the Tutankhamun exhibition, and admire the Solar Boats of King Cheops. The museum's architecture also offers spectacular views towards the Pyramids, beautifully connecting the museum with the surrounding archaeological landscape.
After the visit, return to your hotel for refreshment. The evening is at leisure.

Visit the Egyptian Museum, home to an extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts spanning several historical periods. Explore its impressive collection of statues, jewelry, royal treasures, and other archaeological discoveries. Enjoy lunch at an Oriental restaurant before continuing to the historic Citadel of Cairo.
Explore the Citadel and admire the magnificent Mosque of Muhammad Ali, one of Cairo's most prominent landmarks. Located on the Mokattam Hills, the Citadel offers fascinating views over the city and provides an insight into Cairo's medieval history.
Later, visit the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of Cairo's most vibrant traditional markets. Take some free time to stroll through its narrow lanes, browse local handicrafts, souvenirs, spices, jewelry, and traditional Egyptian products. Return to your hotel. The evening is at leisure. After an early breakfast, depart Cairo for a full-day guided excursion to Alexandria, travelling via the desert road.
Begin your sightseeing with a visit to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the modern library built to revive the spirit of the ancient Library of Alexandria. The complex houses numerous departments and cultural institutions and serves as an important center for knowledge and cultural exchange.
Continue to Pompey's Pillar, a towering ancient column made from Aswan granite, and explore the historic Kom El Shoqafa Catacombs, an underground Roman-era necropolis discovered in the early 20th century.
Proceed to the Qaitbay Citadel, located on the Mediterranean waterfront. The impressive Mamluk fortress was built on the site traditionally associated with the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria. The visit will be from outside.
Later, visit the beautiful Montazah Gardens, a sprawling coastal park surrounding the historic Montazah Palace. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the landscaped gardens and take in the scenic Mediterranean surroundings.
Lunch will be served at an Oriental restaurant during the tour. After completing the sightseeing, drive back to Cairo. Overnight stay at Cairo.

Breakfast in the hotel, check out. Escorted transfer to Cairo Domestic airport for your flight to Luxor. Meet & assist at Luxor airport and transfer to the Nile cruise in Luxor. Embarkation before afternoon guided tour to visit the Karnak & Luxor temples on the East bank.
Karnak temple: to the east bank of Luxor the greatest example of worship in history and was dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. It was constructed from the beginning of the Middle Kingdom to the Greco Roman Kingdom.
Luxor temple: in the East bank during the sunset it is a great temple complex in modern Luxor dedicated to Amun, a creator god often fused with the sun-god Ra into Amun-Ra, construction work on the temple began during the reign of Ame nhotep III in the 14th century BC. Horemheb and Tutankhamun added columns, statues, and friezes, and Akhenaten had earlier obliterated his father’s cartouches and installed a shrine to the Aten, However, the only major expansion effort took place under Ramses II some 100 years after the first stones were put in place. Luxor is thus unique among the main Egyptian temple complexes in having only two pharaohs leave their mark on its architectural structure. Dinner onboard. Dancing music. Overnight in Luxor.

After breakfast, begin your guided tour of Luxor's West Bank.
Visit the legendary Valley of the Kings, the ancient burial ground of Egyptian Pharaohs. Explore the fascinating landscape and learn about the tombs and beliefs surrounding the Pharaohs' journey into the afterlife.
Continue to the magnificent Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, dramatically situated against the cliffs. Admire its impressive terraces and ancient architecture.
Make a photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two enormous stone statues representing Pharaoh Amenhotep III. Return to the cruise for lunch and begin sailing towards Edfu via Esna. Enjoy afternoon tea, followed by the Captain's Welcome Cocktail. Dinner will be served on board, followed by evening entertainment and music. Overnight stay at Edfu.

After breakfast, visit the magnificent Temple of Horus at Edfu, one of the best-preserved ancient Egyptian temples. Dedicated to Horus, the temple showcases remarkable Ptolemaic architecture and beautifully preserved inscriptions and reliefs.
Return to the cruise and enjoy lunch while sailing towards Kom Ombo.
Upon arrival, visit the unique Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to two gods – Sobek, the crocodile-headed god, and Haroeris (Horus the Elder). The temple's symmetrical design features duplicated halls, courts, entrances, and sanctuaries.
Continue sailing towards Aswan while enjoying afternoon tea. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Egyptian Galabeya Party followed by dinner and onboard entertainment.

After breakfast, proceed for a guided sightseeing tour of Aswan.
Visit the impressive Aswan High Dam, a remarkable feat of modern engineering built to control the annual flooding of the Nile and generate hydroelectric power.
Continue to the beautiful Temple of Philae, dedicated primarily to the goddess Isis. Located on an island, the temple complex was relocated as part of an extensive preservation project following the construction of the High Dam.
Next, visit the Unfinished Obelisk, the largest known ancient obelisk. Located in the ancient granite quarries of Aswan, it provides fascinating insight into the stone-working techniques of ancient Egypt. Return to the cruise for lunch.
Later, enjoy a relaxing Felucca ride on the Nile around Kitchener's Island, offering scenic views of the river and surrounding islands. You will also have the opportunity to view the Aga Khan Mausoleum from the river. Return to the cruise for dinner followed by a traditional Nubian Show. Overnight stay at Aswan.

After breakfast, disembark from the Nile Cruise and transfer to Aswan Airport for your flight to Cairo.
Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, you will be welcomed by a Beyond Journey representative and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure for relaxation or independent exploration.
Explore the temples with a guided tour before transferring back to Abu Simbel Airport for your return flight to Cairo via Aswan. Overnight stay at Cairo.
Final departure transfer after breakfast from the hotel, Beyond Journey representative will escort you, check you in your flight.

- Between 30 days to 15 date before the travel date 10% of the total cost will be deducted on International Packages.
