No. There is no payment page anywhere on this website and no card details are ever collected here. When you are happy with the quote, our team confirms the payment arrangement with you directly and sends a written confirmation before anything is booked in your name.

They are starting prices, on a twin-sharing basis, before taxes — which is why every one of them says so. What you actually pay depends on your dates, how many of you are travelling, the hotels you choose and what is available at the time. We put the real figure in writing before you commit to anything.

Yes, and most are. Add nights, drop a city, change the hotel category, travel on different dates, or start from a different airport. Use "Customise your trip" on any package and tell us what you would rather do; we rebuild the itinerary and requote.

Each package lists its inclusions and its exclusions in full on its own page — stays, meals, transfers, sightseeing, and whether flights are part of it. Anything not on the inclusions list is not in the price. We would rather you read a long list than be surprised later.

A group departure runs on fixed dates with other travellers and an escort throughout. The dates and the fare for each departure are published on the package page, and the calendar there shows which days are actually running. Private trips, by contrast, run on whatever dates suit you.

Yes. Slower days, fewer hotel changes, ground-floor or lift-served rooms where we can get them, and a single number to ring while you are away. Tell us who is travelling and what they need, and the itinerary is built around that rather than adjusted afterwards.

It depends on the trip and how close to departure you are, because airlines and hotels set their own terms and we pass those on rather than adding to them. The applicable terms are written into your quote before you confirm. Our full policy is on the cancellation policy page.

Yes — the same number, +91 93115 11338, and a WhatsApp thread with the person who planned your trip. Flight changes, a hotel problem, a driver who has not arrived: that is what the number is for, and it is answered at any hour of the day while you are away.
