Today we begin our scenic journey towards Leh, driving through some of the most breathtaking landscapes of the Himalayas. We bypass the historic Rohtang Pass (3,978 m) and instead travel through the Atal Tunnel, a 9 km-long engineering marvel and the world’s longest highway tunnel, connecting the Manali–Solang Valley with Lahaul–Spiti and opening a vital all-weather route to Ladakh.
