Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly received by our local representative. After clearing customs and immigration formalities, proceed for your transfer to Arusha Town, located approximately 50 km away (1.5 hours’ drive). After breakfast, prepare for an exciting journey as you depart from Arusha with a picnic lunch. Travel through the scenic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, making your way toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. Enjoy the changing vistas during your 7–8-hour drive, offering the first glimpses of Tanzania’s rich natural beauty and wildlife. Today, immerse yourself in the heart of the wilderness with a full-day game drive across the expansive plains of Serengeti. Keep your eyes peeled as you track the iconic Great Migration and seek sightings of the majestic Big Five – lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino. For those seeking an elevated experience, an optional Hot Air Balloon Safari is available at an additional cost (USD 600 per person), offering breathtaking views from above. After breakfast, depart Serengeti with a picnic lunch, en route to Karatu Town. Your journey includes a visit to the historic Olduvai Gorge Museum, followed by a half-day tour of the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its unique ecosystem and rich wildlife concentration. Conclude the day with an evening drive to Karatu, where you’ll check into your lodge. Overnight in Karatu.

Payment Policy
- If booking is 30 days in advance from the travel date: Advance of 15% of the package cost required
- If booking is between 30 days to 15 days in advance from the travel date: Advance of 30% of the package cost is required
- If travel is within 15 days of the travel date: We will require 100% payment.
Cancellation Policy
- if booking is 30 days before the travel date: 100% refund for International Packages.
- Between 30 days to 15 date before the travel date 10% of the total cost will be deducted on International Packages.
- Between 15 days to 1 Day before the travel date: 100% cancellation on International Packages.
